I interview a zillion people a year as an anchor for NBC 12 and ABC 25,
First Coast News in Jacksonville, Florida. And I can honestly say that
Anthony Chevalier is one of the most dynamic and passionate people I've
ever met. I was so impressed with him, in fact, I called our
Jacksonville Super Bowl Host Committee and suggested they bring him to
town to talk with other small business owners.

Anthony has an awesome ability to make life fun and still run a

professional business. I've never been to one of his catered events
but I can bet they are awesome. His shrimp dishes are delicious and I
know he's a stickler for details. He even makes sure his food servers
have manicures before an event so they look polished and polite.

 I think Anthony could walk into a room without a single crumb of food
 and people would enjoy themselves. Of course, he doesn't do that. He
 provides the food and also the inspiration that in America anybody
 willing to sweat the details and follow the rules can succeed.

 I've watched Anthony coach other small business owners and his zeal
 never drops below 1000%. It's nice to think about our Super Bowl as an
 opportunity for diligent folks to earn some hefty profits and enjoy
 being part of a huge event. Anthony knows how to make that happen.

Hello! How are you? I am writing in regard to our Wedding Reception that you catered on 8/30/03. All I can say is that everything was wonderful! The food was excellent, and this means a lot considering that my husband and his family are from New Orleans, Louisiana. We are still receiving accolades about how the food was so tasty, especially the catfish couvillion. We even regretted not taking a portion to the hotel after the reception.

We would also like to thank you for being so accessible throughout the entire planning process. Our phone calls were returned in a timely manner, and you tirelessly answered all of our questions. Through mutual friends I was told about Mr. Chevalier''s fabulous cuisine and attention to detail with his service. Even though my husband and I live in Virginia, we called Mr. Chevalier to see if he could recommend a menu for a party we were having for about 50 people. Mr. Chevalier took time to talk to us about different selections and how to create the perfect atmosphere for our party.

After talking for a while Mr. Chevalier suggested that he could
prepare all the food and send it to us via air "counter to counter"
service. Now that is going the extra mile! We were surprised and delighted with the suggestion. And the party was a sensation. People came back the next day to continue feasting. Everyone remarked how delicious everything was and were impressed with the variety of foods. There was plenty to go around. If you are looking to go first class, A Taste of Catering is the only place to go.

Hello Mr. Chevalier:

Just a little note to tell you that the Wedding Reception you and your staff catered for my daughter Shaundalyn and her husband Brian Saturday, April 17, 2004 was wonderful. Words cannot explain. All the guests and family members were very pleased and everyone commented all during and after the reception on how good the food was. One man could not get enough of your Shrimp Pasta Salad. He kept eating and eating and eating it. He called me the following Sunday morning raving on how delicious it was and asked me if I brought any home with me. He came over after Church and ate Shrimp Pasta Salad until he was full. One of my daughter' s co-worker's husband who attended the reception asked my daughter to please bring him some Shrimp Salad to work the following Monday.

The presentation, preparation and service of the food was excellent. You and your staff were very professional and helpful and did a wonderful job; always with a big smile on their faces. My husband James McQueen and I are very happy that we chose A Taste of Catering

Anthony, you advised me not to worry about anything, that you would take care of everything and you did that and more. I cannot thank you enough. In the future, I will highly recommend you and your company to others in need of catering.
